One Landlord, Multiple Properties — Full Coverage From Anywhere
The landlord of these commercial units had a growing problem. With properties spread across multiple sites, he was constantly travelling up and down the country just to check on them. He needed a way to monitor every unit remotely without the time and cost of constant site visits.
Working closely with the landlord, site after site we liaise with him, and design a system that will suit the needs of the site.
The challenge was designing a single cohesive system that could cover multiple commercial units, connect across a large site, and give the landlord complete visibility from one mobile app — no matter where he was in the world.
What We Installed
For this installation, we opted for a 16 Camera Hikvision 4MP IP CCTV system, fully equipped with colour night vision and audio recording. This gave the landlord full coverage across every unit with professional-grade image quality.

Olix wireless bridges were used to expand the network to the other units, eliminating the need for extensive cabling between buildings and reducing installation time and cost.
21 security lights were installed to convenience the tenants and to dramatically improve the quality of night-time footage across the entire site.
The CCTV system can be accessed from anywhere in the world directly from the landlord's mobile phone.
